High Protein Strawberry & Pineapple Smoothie • The Underground Bootcamp

1 cup frozen strawberries (20 calories)
1 cup frozen pineapple (1g protein, 100 calories)
1 ripe banana (1g protein, 100 calories)
1/2 cup 100% pomegranate juice (50 calories)
1/2 cup coconut water (30 calories)
1/2 cup Lifeway Real Kefir strawberry-flavored smoothie (5g protein, 70 calories)
2 cups unsweetened organic soy milk (14g protein, 160 calories)
2 scoops vanilla or strawberry flavored protein powder (40g +/- protein depending on type of protein used, 200 +/- calories depending on the type of protein used)
1 cup ice (optional but recommended if you’re using fresh fruit)
